Taliban militants who have taken control of Swat valley, a few days ago attacked adjacent district of Buner. Western countries and Pakistani political parties expressing their concerns condemned the attack and asked the Pakistani government to stop the advance of Taliban toward the capital. Nawaz Sharif opposition leader in Pakistan expressed deep concern on growing and advance of Taliban militants in the tribal region. But government of Pakistan has done nothing to stop the advancement of Taliban militants in the tribal regions.
No doubt that government of Pakistan and strong army of this country have politically and militarily the power to foil the threats of Taliban and other militant groups who were basically founded by Pakistan agencies to fight against Indian militaries in Kashmir. If Pakistan is really unable to suppress the rebels and extremists based in the tribal regions, how this country claims to compete with rival country India. A few days back interior minister of Pakistan warned that about ten thousand foreign militants are training Pakistan Taliban militants in Tribal areas of this country. If this is right, why the government of this country doesn’t take action against them? Why this country opposes the aerial drone attacks of American forces against militants there? Presence of ten thousand foreign radical fighters (if right) despite thousands of Pakistani extremist militants in the tribal areas who challenge the write of Pakistani government , undoubtedly does not only threaten the security and stability of this country, but put the territorial integrity of Pakistan at stack.
Why Pakistani government and army are just shouting on threats of terrorism but take no strong action against it? Despite the repeated calls from western power especially America, Pakistan doest not do enough against Taliban militants? Pakistan has gained much financial and military helps during the past years in the pretext of fight against terror, but I am sure that all these are not just to get dollars and military aids. It is believed that Pakistan keeps those militants for some thing more important than getting money.
Pakistani leaders, army generals and security agencies have many times expressed their concern on growing relation of Afghanistan with India. Pakistan has claimed that greater presence and influence of India in Afghanistan is not in the interest of Pakistan. It has accused the Indians of planning and supporting the terrorist attacks in Balouchistan. The issue of Durand’s line, the border between Afghanistan and Pakistan also has been a worrying issue for Pakistan. Pakistan that has fought with India for three times and has not signed any peace deal with that country has stationed thousands of its troops at the border of this country with India.
Some of the experts of political issues of Afghanistan and region believe that international society and United States of America must focus on two above-mentioned issues. The war on terror can’t be succeeded unless the two mentioned issues are  resolved.

در یک رویداد بی سابقه و تراژیک بیش از 50 مهاجر افغان که بطور قاچاقی از طریق پاکستان عازم ایران بودند، در داخل یک کانتینر خفه شده و جان دادند. در این حادثه چندین مهاجر به حالت نیمه جان، زنده نجات یافتند. البته این حادثه خیلی دور از ما یعنی در آب های استرالیا و یا هم در اب های ترکیه و یونان اتفاق نیفتاد، این حادثه غم انگیز در کویته پاکستان روی داد.
در حادثه دیگر، چندین مهاجر نوجوان افغان از لوله های فاضلاب شهر رم ایتالیا پیدا شدند. آنها از بیم سرما شب ها را در مجراهای فاضلاب سپری می کردند. طبق گزارشها این افراد نمی توانستند در آنجا بخوابند و شب تا صبح سر پا ایستاده می ماندند تا سرمای شهر رم جان آنها را نگیرد.
در حادثه سومی که در آب های ساحلی استرالیا بوقوع پیوست سه مهاجر بی چاره افغان کشته شدند. جریان از این قرار است که مهاجران پس از آنکه نیروهای استرالیایی کشتی آنان را متوقف کردند، کشتی شان را اتش زدند که در نتیجه ماشین کشتی انفجار کرد و بیش از سی تن دیگر جراحت برداشتند و دو مهاجر در اب غرق شدند.
شنیدن این خبرها دل هر انسان را بی شک می آزارد و نشان میدهد که افغان ها چه روزگاری را سپری میکنند. آیا اگر در این کشور صلح و آرامش برقرار می بود، جوانانش خطر غرق شدن در آب و یا هم زندگی در مجراهای فاضلاب را قبول نمی کردند.
کاش دلی برای این ملک و ملت بسوزد!
کاش آهی برای احساس دردمندی با مردم این کشور از دلی برمی آمد!

Despite widespread criticisms by government officials, leaders of political parties and media, civilians are still being killed during the operation of coalition forces in different part of the country. Recently a house was hit in Kunar province in which six civilians including children and women lost their life. Hundreds of men and women have died so far in the bombardments of coalition forces. Government of Afghanistan and foreign troops could not have yet planned effective and precise strategy to end this problem.
Many say this is unavoidable in a country where strong militants are fighting against government and have many places in their control. Taliban militants are able to attack government forces and installation and as well as foreign troops in different parts of the country. Their suicide attacks have created shock and fear among the people especially in the capital. People are not safe neither in villages nor in cities which are under the rein of the state. Girl schools are burned, girls students are attacked by acid and women staffs of governments and non-governement offices are assassinated by Taliban extremists. All these show that the situation despite the presence of thousands of foreign troops here, is not normal, security and stability of the country is severely at stake.
Some ones even believe that civilian casualties can’t be stopped unless the war against the terror and militant groups is finished. Coalition sources always say that they had never targeted the civilians deliberately but it happens when their forces attack the rebels who seek to hide among the civilians.
This issue has been discussed for several times in the legislative council of the country but without definite decision to stop the civilian casualties. Some of the legislators strongly stress on pull out of foreign forces and believe that it will lead to peace in the country.
It is unreasonable and illogical to only blame the foreign forces for civilian casualties, it is Taliban who fire at foreign troops from the residential areas and hide in the houses of people. Taliban militants are responsible for civilian killings, as they are the main cause of war and insecurity all over the country. They are responsible for school burns, attack on female students, and suicide attacks in crowded areas in the cities. Fight and bloodshed can’t be finished here unless the war against terrorists and militants with the name Taliban gets successful and their militancy is ended.

استراتژی جدید امریکا در باره افغانستان بدون تردید حاوی نکات ارزشمندی است. تقویت اردو، پولیس و نهادهای دولتی افغانستان بطور قطع و یقین می تواند در تحکیم ثبات و امنیت در افغانستان کمک کند. نقش کشورهای همسایه در راهکار جدید امریکا در نظر گرفته شده و این امر یکی از نکات برجسته در راهکار جدید واشنگتن به به شمار می آید. اما یک چیز عمده در این راهکار وجود ندارد. معلوم نیست این چیز مهم از قلم مقامات قصر سفید مانده و یا هم عمدا از قلم انداخته شده است. این چیز عبارت است از اختلافات ارضی و مرزی بین افغانستان و پاکستان در حالیکه همه میدانند که جنجال های بین کابل و اسلام آباد یکی از مهم ترین و عمده ترین عامل نا امنی ها کنونی در افغانستان است.
